The location was ideal, perfectly situated for shopping, dining, and entertainment, with the Christmas Market right across the street. The rooms were impeccably clean with comfortable beds and impressive amenities like a large flatscreen featuring Netflix. The staff consistently provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. However, the lack of a bathtub in the room was a slight downside, and while breakfast was good, some items could have been more varied. Overall, a wonderful experience worth repeating.

The central location of Ten Square made it extremely convenient for business meetings and exploring nearby restaurants and bars. The Executive Double Room was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a coffee machine that provided excellent quality coffee each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, promptly addressing my requests, which greatly enhanced my stay.

The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore everything we wanted. Plus, the rooftop bar with a complimentary drink voucher was a great way to unwind after a long day, the views were fine!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay, particularly with the attentive and friendly staff who made every effort to accommodate my needs. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with quality amenities. Breakfast was impressive, offering a delicious buffet with many made-to-order options, especially the locally-sourced ingredients. the noise from the street could be an issue for light sleepers at night.

Just had 3 nights here and it was awesome! The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real treat with loads of choices. Only thing was the restaurant allowed a random dog inside, which kinda bugged me. Overall, great vibes and a comfy place!
